Since the 1800s
The Taylor family have been farming at Chapel Farm, Lusk, Co. Dublin since the early 1800s. Originally a mixed farm compromised of various crops & animals, we specialised over a half a century ago in producing vegetables for the consumer market.
We Have Grown
We have now expanded and have embraced the new age of food and the benefits of sustainable food.
Bord Bia PERIscope research indicates that:
• Two thirds of Irish consumers consider buying local to be important to them
• 7 in 10 believe local food is of higher quality and a similar proportion like to know the provenance of their food
• They also have a greater degree of confidence in the safety of food produced in their local area
