Alan is responsible for sourcing, planting, maintaining and harvesting our crops, ensuring consumers are provided with the finest Irish produce possible.
Mark Taylor
Director
Once harvested Mark is charged with preparing the produce for distribution. Be it for the food service market or retail the batches are quality checked coming from the field and packaged and distributed to market.
